上班当中， 吃吃小蛇。。。hmm... 这一下子也有打(学？)golf两个月了。。。感想倒是有一点。。。
1）小白球： is the number one enemy of golfer…hitting it is like trying to tame a cat (which is almost always impossible), you don’t tell the cat where to go, you HOPE that it goes where you want it to…
2）P教练：cant believe it, he is actually the winners of Singapore, Malacca, Penang, etc tour in 1970s. NO, it is not a typo error, he won these tournaments in 1962, 63, etc. easily >35 years of experience in his pocket, and he sure keeps them well in his pocket…
It is till lesson 7 (!) before he actually hit a ball to show the class… and much to our surprise…not at how well he can hit the ball but at his decision to finally show us (at one point we are all resigned to the fate that we will never see him hit the ball). but no complain from anyone of us as his easy-going style (i.e. “don’t look at the ball, look straight.”, “站 右/左/后/ 前 一点”, “follow through, your arms must follow through” * 60 mins * 10 lessons * everyone) suits us really well.
Looking forward to the PC to give him a big surprise :)
3）7iron, 3wood, pitcher, putter, etc: suppose to help us in hitting the小白球 and is the extension of our arms, but somehow it feels like the extension of our legs… and jointing legs to hands is no jokes… some typical conversation goes like this after the legs to hands operation:
From the person playing behind me:
“hu huuu~~~” (good shot)
“kana sai ~~~” (bad shot)
“hu huuuuuuuu~~~” (a better shot)
“kana sai ~~~” (bad shot)
“kana sai ~~~” (a bad-er shot)
“kana sai AHHHHHHH~~~” (a my grandmother-can-hit-better shot)
Conversation between class and P教练:
“sian, 7iron cannot hit more than 100m…”
“this requires body co-ordination, no one can teach you… you must practice more… ”
“very sian, 3wood no 苏苏 sound…”
“this requires body co-ordination, no one can teach you… you must practice more…”
“super sian, pitcher cannot fly…”
“this requires body co-ordination, no one can teach you… you must practice more…”
“can we have our money back if we failed our PC?”
“cannot… this requires body co-ordination, no one can teach you… you must practice more…”

Ha ha… it is a very interesting learning process for me and I sure enjoy it. But somehow, I still miss my reefing days… Picasso trigger, blueface angel, purple queen anthias, etc. I guess nothing will keep its shines forever, but to me, at least that moment is 永恒的。
